Where Do They Live? — Habitat Sorting Activity
About This Resource
A kinesthetic sorting activity that extends vocabulary learning into simple
science-adjacent thinking. Students cut out ten wild animal cards and glue
each one into its habitat: Savanna, Jungle, or Water. Large, icon-labeled
habitat boxes make the categories accessible even to pre-readers, and the
hands-on cut-and-paste format supports fine motor practice alongside language
learning.
