How to Use This Resource

Read the "Interpreting the Levels" section before the first session so the three levels are applied consistently. During or shortly after each session, use the relevant row of the Assessment Criteria table to judge the skill that session focused on, and record a quick level (M / D / N) for each student in the Class Tracking Sheet. The rubric does not need to be shared with students — it is a teacher-facing tool, not a worksheet.

Teacher Tips

Fill in the tracking sheet in short bursts right after each session, while a student's performance is still fresh, rather than trying to reconstruct levels for the whole class at the end of the week.
