Use this rubric while observing students during the Travel and Transportation Speaking Activity, or afterward while reviewing a completed Vocabulary Worksheet, Grammar Worksheet, or short piece of writing about a journey. Score each of the five criteria from 1 to 3 in the scoring summary table, add a short note if useful, and total the score out of 15 if your school uses numeric grades.
