This quiz is the unit's summative assessment, drawing together every skill practiced across the collection without attempting to re-test all 26 letters in one sitting. Instead it samples a representative spread: writing the beginning letter for four pictures, circling the correct letter for three more, circling the picture that matches two given letters, judging two true/false statements from "The Alphabet Book" reading passage, and one closing question about the alphabet itself. A "Score: ___ / 12" box at the top makes it easy for teachers to record results at a glance.

Support: read each quiz item aloud individually, or reduce Part 1's letter-writing items to circling instead of writing.
Extension: have early finishers write one additional word that starts with each letter tested in Part 2.
Read each part's instructions aloud one section at a time rather than all at once at the start — at this age, students retain multi-step directions much better when they're given right before that section begins.
